PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This notice describes how Mangrove Insurance Advisory handles information collected through this business-to-business website. Effective October 8, 2026.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business contact details, business type or size, primary state, optional business name, product interests, and any message you choose to include. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information, or personal information about clients.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your agency’s needs, discuss product access and contracting, and maintain our business relationship. We also use limited technical information to operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Text Messaging

If you separately opt in to text messages, Mangrove Insurance Advisory may use the mobile number you provide for the categories of messages you selected. Informational messages may relate to inquiries, contracting, onboarding, appointments, training, account updates, or other service-related communications. Marketing messages may relate to products, carrier opportunities, events, webinars, training opportunities, agency updates, or other promotional communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of doing business with Mangrove Insurance Advisory.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mangrove may share information with service providers that assist in delivering communications on our behalf.

Browser storage and your choices

We save your privacy choices in local browser storage for up to 180 days. This preference allows us to remember which optional features you permit. The inquiry form works before you make a choice and when you choose essential features only.

If you allow Analytics, we save a returning-visit marker in local storage and referral and campaign details in session storage for the current tab’s browsing session. These details include the first page recorded after you consent, the referring website’s origin (without its path or query), and any campaign parameters on that page. If you then send an inquiry, these details accompany it so we can understand how you found Mangrove. We do not collect this optional attribution before Analytics consent or with essential features only.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Google Tag Manager loads only after you allow Analytics. Loading it sends a request to Google, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information. With Analytics consent, Google Analytics measures visits, page views, and website interactions using cookies and technical information about your browser and device. With Marketing consent, LinkedIn Insight Tag measures visits to our homepage, About, For Agencies, and Technology pages for advertising reporting and audience measurement. LinkedIn may use cookies and identifiers to associate visits with its members. We do not configure LinkedIn tracking on product or inquiry pages, and do not send inquiry fields or SMS consent records to either service. Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Web Analytics are not active.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Turning Analytics off removes the session attribution and returning-visit marker and stops optional tracking. Changing a saved choice reloads the page and clears known first-party tracking cookies. Withdrawal does not remove information already received by Google or LinkedIn; you may also manage cookies through your browser. It does not delete inquiries already sent or attribution already submitted with them. We will update this policy and the notice before introducing new tracking practices. We do not send inquiry fields to advertising platforms.

Service providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts the website and handles requests needed to deliver pages, images, and the inquiry form. Hosting and security processing can involve IP addresses, request URLs, browser information, and diagnostic logs regardless of optional tracking choices. This operational processing is separate from optional visitor analytics.

Submitted inquiries pass through our website’s server to Supabase for storage. New inquiries are also delivered to HighLevel to manage our business follow-up, including the details and consent choices you submit. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash of the submitting IP address for rate limiting; that hash is separate from the inquiry. Authorized service providers may process information to support the site and our business operations. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Information may be processed in the United States.

Our text opt-in widget is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector). It loads independently of optional analytics choices and receives technical information needed to display the widget. Information you submit through the widget, including your name, phone number, message, and consent selection, is processed by HighLevel on our behalf.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information as needed for follow-up, the business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We use access controls and reasonable technical measures to protect it. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. Use the inquiry form and identify your request in the message field. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Rights and exceptions may vary by location.

Audience and updates

This site is for insurance professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this notice as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
